Rick Krepelka is the Director of Finance and Technology at Golden State Risk Management Authority. He is responsible for managing both the fiscal and technological aspects of this 200+ member public entity risk sharing pool. His background includes a broad range of programming, system implementation and technology consulting experience. Rick is the past chair and a current member of the Technology Committee of the California Association of Joint Powers Authorities (CAJPA) and the Vice-Chair of the Technology Committee of CSAC-Excess Insurance Authority.
